This 21 day Menowise Get Up and Thrive Reset is a whole foods programme. You will remove foods that may be wreaking havoc on your system and causing:

Its also called Breathwork Coaching, because the coaching element is where I help you to focus the breath to where you need it in your life.

This really is a mind- body programme. its a self guided programme, where you will be provided with the information you need and have access to the facebook group for support and to share your wins! It is so much easier to do things in a group, where you can keep each other motivated to stay on track.
