I completely get it, because I have been there. I was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) in my mid 30s - which led me into a premature menopause.
My health was declining; I was exhausted all the time, suffering from joint aches and pains daily, I was having night sweats and my memory was so bad I could not organise tasks like I used to, or remember new information. No matter what I did, nothing seemed to help.
I tried chiropractors, acupuncturist, massage, various over-the-counter medications, and herbal remedies, a nutritionist. Sometimes my symptoms would subside for a few days or weeks and then come back full force.
Eventually after a bout of stomach issues I could barely walk 100 metres and had to stop working in my corporate job. Other weird things starting popping up that I had never had before…Stomach bloating, I couldn’t watch TV or listen to anything loud as it was like my brain couldn’t take it. I would have a sore throat daily and no matter how much sleep I got I never felt rested.
I literally tried anything and everything to feel better that had a hint of promise. I have spent thousands of pounds on my health over 10,000 hours of research and training, 1000s of hours working with one-on-one clients to help them get back to optimal health and now I want to reach more of you.
